Jul. 27, 2026 - Statistics show in fiscal year 2025, Japan's refractories output was 774 thousand tons, a decrease of 2.6% YoY. Therein, output of shaped refractories was 270 thousand tons, slightly down by 0.5% YoY and output of unshaped refractories was 504 thousand tons, down by 3.6% in contrast to 2024.
